Editorial and corrections
If something here is wrong, we want to know, and we will correct it and say that we did. Include the article, the passage, and where possible the source that shows the error.

We also read questions about mechanisms. If there is a phrase you keep meeting and cannot decode, send it. Phrases readers send are a large part of how the translation index grows.
What we cannot do: recommend a product, comment on a specific brand, or advise on a skin condition. For the first two, see our editorial standards. For the third, see a clinician.
Supplier register
Applications, renewals and corrections to an entry.

The criteria, the required disclosures and the fee are published on the criteria and fees page. Please read them before applying, because we will apply them.
Newsletter sponsorship
Bookings and questions about the rate card.
sponsorship [at] skinsideruk.com
The rates and the written list of what sponsorship cannot buy are on the newsletter page. The list is not a negotiating position.
Why the routes are separate
Because the easiest way for commercial pressure to reach editorial is for the same person to answer both emails. Keeping the routes apart is a small structural safeguard, and small structural safeguards are worth more than large statements of principle.
A note for press offices and agencies
We do not accept press samples, because we do not review products. We do not publish launch coverage, guest posts, sponsored articles or paid links. We do not take briefings under embargo. If you have a correction to a description of a mechanism, or a primary source we have missed, the editorial address is genuinely the right place and we will read it.
